Clear booking and enquiry pathways
We help Australian practice owners and practice managers decide where their marketing effort should go next. The Practice Growth Roadmap brings together a review of your current marketing, two strategy consultations and a written 90-day plan, so decisions are based on what is actually happening in your practice before you commit to ongoing work. $990 inc. GST, once-off.
The Roadmap is designed for practice decision-makers who want a structured, independent view of their marketing. It is likely to suit your practice if several of these apply.
The practice has capacity and would like more new patients or referrals, but recent marketing activity has not produced a clear change in enquiries.
An agency, several suppliers or your own team may already handle parts of your marketing, without a clear view of what each part contributes. A second opinion can help before you renew, change or add anything.
You would like strategy advice and a documented plan before deciding whether ongoing marketing support is the right next step.
Spare appointments, or practitioners still building their lists, so additional enquiries have somewhere to go.
A group or multidisciplinary practice with consulting rooms and reception staff, where marketing decisions affect more than one practitioner.
A principal or practice manager who can set priorities and decide who carries out each item.
Opening a practice, or working on your own? A Launch or Growth plan usually fits better.
Growth rarely stalls because of a single issue. More often, several parts of the practice’s marketing are running without a shared plan, and it is difficult to see which part is helping. The review looks at them together.
SEO, the website, advertising and social media may sit with different people, each reporting on their own part. Without a shared view, the order of work is often set by whoever asks first.
When an advertisement leads to a page that does not make the next step clear, the advertisement can look like the problem. Reviewing the advertising data and the enquiry path together gives a more reliable picture.
Hours, categories and services can change faster than a listing is updated, and the listing is often the first thing a patient sees.
A GP deciding where to refer usually needs to know who you see, how soon, at what cost and how to send the referral. That information is often missing or spread across several pages.
One fixed price and a defined scope, with both consultations included.
A 30-minute discovery consultation to agree goals, targets and what the strategy has to work around
A review of search, your Google Business Profile, reviews, social, your website and the enquiry path, against three local competitors
A written 90-day roadmap on a private page you can update: what to do, why, and who could do it
A one-hour strategy consultation to walk through it and agree next steps
14 days of email questions after the session
Seen enough? Let’s talk about your practice.
Each Roadmap follows the same four stages, so every recommendation is grounded in evidence from your own practice.
We look at your search position against three nearby practices, your Google Business Profile, reviews, social channels, website and enquiry path, alongside your Google Analytics and Search Console data.
We rank the findings by their likely effect on enquiries and show the evidence for each one. Search visibility, website traffic, enquiries and bookings are kept separate, so priorities stay realistic. If the real constraint is capacity or timing, the analysis says so.
Ten to fifteen actions across 90 days. Each sets out what to do, why it matters, the effort involved and who could do it. Month one starts with the items the rest of the plan depends on.
Where to direct time and budget: which channels, which search terms, which referrer relationships, and what to stop paying for. We talk this through with you in the strategy consultation.
You tell us about the practice, your goals and your capacity, then pay $990 through Stripe.
We discuss your goals, targets and capacity, and agree what the strategy needs to achieve. You then give us read-only access to Google Analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile.
We review search, your Google listing, reviews, social media, the website and the enquiry path, and compare them with three nearby practices. The written roadmap arrives within 10 business days of access coming through.
We walk through the strategy with you and agree who takes each item. You then have 14 days to email us questions.
Any recommendation that involves website copy, reviews or referral outreach is checked against the AHPRA advertising guidelines before it reaches you. Your practice remains responsible for what it publishes.
Two strategy consultations and a written plan for a fixed fee, with no ongoing contract. Each item names who could carry it out: your team, your current supplier, or BusyBeeDoc.
The roadmap sits on a private page. Your team can record who owns each item and where it is up to as the work progresses, and download it as a PDF.
Pick the path that matches what you actually need. No pressure, no upselling, just the option that fits.
I need a professional, AHPRA-compliant website. I don't want to talk to anyone.
I want everything in Launch, plus a team actively growing my online presence: SEO, Google Business Profile, content, and a real strategy.
I want done-for-you marketing at scale, built around what my practice actually needs: SEO, content, ads, GBP, GP warming, reputation. I want a team that knows my practice and an ongoing relationship.
Only need one thing, not a full plan?
SEO, Google Business Profile, ads, and more, sold on their own.
Not sure which fits? Just send us a message and we’ll point you in the right direction.
