We design the website around the information it actually needs to handle. Our standard US service is a public website that directs patient bookings, messages and intake to your approved systems. If a requested feature would involve protected health information (PHI), we scope the data flow, safeguards, business associate agreements (BAAs) and responsibilities before work begins. A website or a vendor subscription alone cannot guarantee compliance across your practice.

Yes, subject to a separate assessment of the workflow and provider. We first look at the forms already available in your patient portal or practice system. If those do not meet the need, we can assess a specialist service such as HIPAAtizer. The appropriate plan, BAA, access controls, notifications and data handling must be verified before use. We do not route US patient submissions through our standard website contact-form backend.

No. Public website design, SEO and approved marketing content do not require access to patient charts, clinical inboxes or booking records. Please use fictional examples when explaining a workflow and keep patient information out of project emails and support requests.

Yes. We can link patients directly to your approved booking system, referral portal or payment page. Any embedded widget, data integration or return of booking details needs a separate review before it is added.

We are an Australian-based team led by Dr Joshua Ho and Sharon Sheah. We agree meeting times, support hours and response expectations in your time zone. We also document hosting locations and overseas administrative access so you can assess the arrangement before committing.

Our US plans include a standard website build with ongoing care or marketing. You can compare the monthly USD prices, included scope and billing terms on our US pricing page. Hosting and domain subscriptions, optional patient forms and other third-party costs are identified separately before work begins.

We target WCAG 2.2 AA in design and development, including readable contrast, keyboard navigation, clear labels and screen-reader checks. Accessibility needs ongoing attention as content and third-party tools change. Your practice should confirm its applicable ADA and other legal obligations; an accessibility target is not a legal certification.
